Wednesday Wishlist

Happy Hump Day, y'all! I am glad to be getting through this week. It's already been a bit tiresome mentally and physically! In the physical sense, I'm actually feeling good though...I completed Day 3 of my Body Beast program as well as hit Barre on Monday, Cardio Craze on Tuesday - both at the gym, and then I plan on doing an Insanity workout this evening. I'm on a roll and I feel so good about it.

Anyway, wanted to share a few hings I've had my eye on recently for my Wednesday Wishlist.

As a girl that is originally from Idaho, I've been to beautiful Sun Valley a dozen times. And One King's Lane has currently curated a collection inspired by the beautiful mountain town. There are so many great things that I really want! Specifically, I have an attraction to the Western states map - as I spent the first part of my life out there.

Also, lots of Aztec prints available - I love this throw!

Y'all know I love a good Aztec print...y'know, Aspen is just a larger version of Sun Valley.

Now in keeping with the cozy and warm theme, I'm also in love with this faux fur vest Biana sported on her blog the other day. I'm desperately in need of a vest like this.

Have a great rest of your week!

Thoughts For Thursday

Thoughts for ThursdayLovely Thursdays

I'm sitting up this morning at 5am...just fed Farrah her early morning bottle and listening to Tropical Storm Arthur pass through. I'm debating on doing my Insanity workout now or later. It's going to be one of those rainy days. Normally I take the boys to Karate camp on Thursdays, but I think in the interest of not having to drive around today {still sort of a nervous driver after our car accident last month}, we're going to make a day of it. Popcorn and some movies, art projects {I still need to get back working on my paintings so I can sell them in my Etsy shop!}...just sort of relax before the busy holiday weekend.

No big plans for 4th of July...we've got a couple of parties to stop in at and then we will watch fireworks from Jake's parents' backyard. It just makes it so much easier with the kids, especially having a newborn this year. What are your holiday plans?

In other news...I've been a little loose with the spending lately {thank you, Geico} and I thought I should let you know, if you don't already, that Kate Spade is having a 25% off sale on already on sale items. Use code MORESALE. I just put this bag into my shopping cart...such a cute diaper bag and could totally be used as a big purse after Farrah is out of diapers! Originally $318.00, but with 25% off the sale price, I'm snagging it for $134.25!

Also, thanks to Megan at For All Things Lovely, I'm currently waiting for this top to arrive...

I know it will look a lot better on me once I've lost the baby weight than it will right now, but I couldn't resist. I love Aztec patterns, if you remember from my post about Emily Maynard's sweater cardigan last year, and the colors in this are amazing.

OK, I officially need a little spending break.

When I Find Things That Are Perfect For Me...

...but I can't afford them.

It makes my heart hurt.

Maybe you can...if you can, lucky you...and you're welcome for sharing this find with you. Also, if you live in the Charleston area, consider letting me borrow it from time to time. Muchos gracias.

Isn't this goddis Linsey Sweater just gorgeous? I died when I saw this on Andee...it is so "SoCal", the style I like to think resonates with me most. I pretty much actually died when I saw the price tag was far too out of my budget for a sweater...$215.00.

I quickly went looking for cheaper alternatives...if you remember, I found Emily Maynard's Aztec sweater for around $55.00 and I haven't regretted it. Wearing it today! It's similar in style to the sweater above, but they both have their own special something.

HATE my blonde hair btw...totally going back to dark soon. I can't deal. LOL.

Anyway, onto those cheaper alternatives...

This Volcom wrap sweater retails for $69.95. Not really my color, but the style is very similar...

This Rip Curl Driftwood Sweater {I actually had to order this one, it's on sale for $47.56 and if you use the code GET15, you get 15% more off of that.}

So while I didn't get that dream sweater, I suppose this will do!
